Associate – Digital Media Marketing (6-Month Contract)
We are looking for a creative, action-oriented, and digitally skilled Associate to drive our brand's online presence. You will be the force behind our social media strategy, content promotion, and visual branding, using digital storytelling to connect with our audience and grow our business.
This role requires a balance of outreach, content creation, and analytical skills, directly contributing to our lead generation and community engagement efforts.
Key Focus Areas1. Digital Outreach & Community Building
- B2B Lead Generation: Lead LinkedIn outreach (messaging, connecting, engaging with posts) to drive B2B marketing and generate leads.
- Promotion: Actively share company content and expertise on relevant online platforms and forums (e.g., Reddit, Quora, Slack) to maximize traffic.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to all comments, DMs, and mentions promptly, maintaining a professional and consistent brand voice.
2. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Campaign Execution: Develop and run end-to-end email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and content promotion.
- Targeting: Use list segmentation to ensure messaging is personalized and highly relevant to specific audience groups.
- Optimization: Track key email metrics (open rates, CTRs) and use data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and lead generation.
3. Visual Content Creation & Design
- Asset Creation: Produce visually stunning and high-converting marketing materials, including social media graphics, ad creatives, infographics, and blog images.
- Tool Proficiency: Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Canva.
- Brand Consistency: Guarantee all visual assets strictly adhere to brand guidelines, tone, and quality standards.
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Tracking: Regularly monitor and report on the performance of all social media, content, and email campaigns.
- Insights: Analyze KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions) using tools like LinkedIn Analytics and Meta Insights to provide actionable recommendations for strategic improvements.
5. Collaboration & Campaign Cohesion
- Work closely with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure all cross-platform campaigns are unified and impactful.
- Assist in developing and optimizing visually strong landing pages.
Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Design).
- Outreach Tools: Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cold Outreach strategies.
- Email Tools: Experience with Cold Email platforms (e.g., Apollo, Instantly).
- Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
- Digital Acumen: Deep understanding of current social media trends, best practices, and engagement strategies.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate data and metrics into clear strategies.
This is a 6-month, in-person contract offering high-impact work, extensive exposure to multi-platform strategy, and rapid professional growth.
