Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in business planning, project management, or related roles
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale expansion projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Business Planning & Strategy Development

2. Analyse market trends, competitor landscapes, and internal data to develop actionable business plans and recommendations.

3. Prepare, review, and present business cases and strategic proposals to executive management and key stakeholders.

4. Oversee the end-to-end management of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

5. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identifying key milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.

6. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.

7. Implement best practices and project management methodologies to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

8. Support the planning and execution of business expansion projects, including new market entries, mergers & acquisitions, and infrastructure scale-ups.

9. Conduct due diligence, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for expansion initiatives.

10. Manage stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, and integration activities for successful expansion.
