Associate Director of Sales - Europe & Asia

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Market Strategy
- Develop and execute market specific sales strategies for Europe and Asia to achieve targeted revenue goals, focusing on high yield segments to drive villas and suites.
- Identify emerging opportunities, shifting travel trends, and consumer behaviour.
- Lead annual market planning, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Account & Partnership Management
- Manage a portfolio of top performing luxury travel agencies, tour operators and consortia partners across the regions.
- Strengthen strategic relationships with key decision makers to drive incremental production, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
- Attend key travel trade shows, roadshows, and dedicated sales missions to represent One&Only The Palm.
- Oversee contracting and performance reviews with all partners.
- Performance Management
- Monitor and analyse market performance, competitive landscape, and booking pace to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimise business mix, rate strategy, and room category performance.
- Provide monthly sales reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration & Brand Alignment
- Work closely with Regional Sales Offices and the on property commercial team to ensure cohesive strategies and consistent brand representation.
- Partner with Marketing to implement targeted campaigns and activations aimed at luxury travellers in Europe and Asia.
- Guest Engagement
- Host VIP guests, top producers during on property visits to strengthen relationships and secure future business.
- Ensure the guest experience aligns with One&Only's luxury standards and enhances conversion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of luxury hospitality sales experience, with a focus on Europe and/or Asia markets.
- Proven track record in driving revenue, managing key accounts, and executing commercial strategies within the ultra luxury sector.
- Strong network across luxury travel agencies, consortia, and high end distribution partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across assigned markets.
- Fluent in English; additional European (German, French, Spanish) languages are an advantage.
