Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Associate Director to lead and manage the delivery of real estate projects across Cushman & Wakefield Core’s (CWC) Projects & Development Services division. The role combines hands-on project delivery with team leadership and client management, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence across a range of asset classes.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Lead multiple development and fit-out projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality parameters.
  • Act as a primary client interface, maintaining trusted relationships with occupiers, developers, and investors.
  • Mentor and manage project teams, ensuring consistent standards of delivery and professional growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, attend relevant networking events and contribute to proposal writing and presentations.
  • Support the management team to develop departmental strategies, processes, and financial forecasts.
  • Act as a client lead on major assignments and represent C&W Core in all project-related communications.
  • Prepare and review project reports, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business development materials.
  • Ensure project governance, compliance, and documentation are in line with internal and client requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader Cushman & Wakefield Core teams for integrated client solutions.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience in real estate or consultancy environments.
  • Proven track record delivering complex projects across multiple asset classes.
  • Excellent client-facing and leadership skills.
  • Professional membership (RICS, PMP, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and other relevant project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to various audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate market dynamics and trends is a plus.
