Qualification:
- B.E / B.Tech (IT or Civil) with MBA in Marketing
- OR Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing / Business Administration / Commerce
Key Responsibilities:
- Search, track, and identify tenders related to manpower supply and others on various portals such as:
- Maha Tenders Procurement (Central)
- e-Tendering (Central)
- GeM
- MSECL
- MAHAGENCO
- NMMC e-Tenders
- MMRDA / MMRCL / BEL / Ministry websites
- Prepare and organize all documents required for tender submission, including technical and financial bids.
- Coordinate with internal departments for data, approvals, and documents.
- Maintain an updated database of submitted tenders and follow up on tender results.
- Assist in preparing company profiles, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Support client communication, inquiry handling, and presentation of company services.
- Conduct online and field research for potential clients and competitors.
- Assist in marketing campaigns, events, and social media promotion activities.
- Maintain proper filing and record management of marketing and business documents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and promote company services.
- Conduct regular visits to clients, government departments, and corporate offices to present company profiles and proposals.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and events.
- Handle online marketing activities such as social media updates, email campaigns, and website content coordination.
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Marathi, Hindi).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research.
- Basic understanding of e-tendering processes.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage deadlines.
Preferred Attributes:
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Good convincing and client interaction skills.
- Willingness to travel if required.
- Familiarity with government and corporate procurement procedures will be an advantage.
