Location: Pune

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years

Qualification:

  • B.E / B.Tech (IT or Civil) with MBA in Marketing
  • OR Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing / Business Administration / Commerce

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, track, and identify tenders related to manpower supply and others on various portals such as:
  • Maha Tenders Procurement (Central)
  • e-Tendering (Central)
  • GeM
  • MSECL
  • MAHAGENCO
  • NMMC e-Tenders
  • MMRDA / MMRCL / BEL / Ministry websites
  • Prepare and organize all documents required for tender submission, including technical and financial bids.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for data, approvals, and documents.
  • Maintain an updated database of submitted tenders and follow up on tender results.
  • Assist in preparing company profiles, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Support client communication, inquiry handling, and presentation of company services.
  • Conduct online and field research for potential clients and competitors.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns, events, and social media promotion activities.
  • Maintain proper filing and record management of marketing and business documents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and promote company services.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients, government departments, and corporate offices to present company profiles and proposals.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and events.
  • Handle online marketing activities such as social media updates, email campaigns, and website content coordination.

Required Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Marathi, Hindi).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research.
  • Basic understanding of e-tendering processes.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Good convincing and client interaction skills.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
  • Familiarity with government and corporate procurement procedures will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
