Role: Associate – Founders’ Office

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on generalist to join our Founders’ Office. Think of this role as the ultimate crash course in building and scaling a company – you’ll be in the room where decisions are made, solve problems across functions, and make sure things actually get done.

What you’ll do

• Drive high-priority projects end-to-end, directly with the founders.
• Build killer presentations & reports that make complex stuff simple.
• Dive into data → pull insights → push actions.
• Run point on meetings – set the agenda, keep things moving, and make sure follow-ups happen.
• Connect dots across teams and keep everyone aligned.
• Research new opportunities (markets, partnerships, ideas) and pitch them.
• Step in wherever needed – from strategy to ops to fundraising decks.

What we’re looking for

• Smart, structured thinker who can break down messy problems.
• Strong communication chops – both talking to people and telling stories via PPT.
• Data-savvy – comfort with Excel/Sheets, and bonus if you’ve touched BI tools.
• Hustler mindset – bias for action, can juggle multiple things at once.
• Comfortable with chaos and ambiguity (actually thrive in it).
• People person – can hold a room, build trust, and push outcomes.
• Prior experience in consulting, IB, startups, or just having “figured things out fast” in any high-pressure role helps.
