The Opportunity:

This position supports Enel Green Power North America, Inc. (EGPNA)

in a country, enterprise, and cross-business line function, with a focus on various legal issues with an emphasis on contract negotiation and commercial support, mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions, regulatory matters, and corporate issues.

What You'll Do at Enel North America:

Responsibilities, include, but not limited to:

• 
  Structure, draft, and negotiate, including where applicable in coordination with global team, commercial contracts, standard terms and conditions and complex, time-sensitive commercial transactions within unit perimeter.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, strategic transactions, and other large-scale transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents and deliverables. Lead, coordinate, and conduct due diligence.
• Advise on legal requirements and assist the organization with compliance with statutes, regulations, and industry rules and corresponding internal policies applicable within function.
• Support corporate structures, formation, and governance of corporate entities.
• Counsel the company’s business units and groups with particular focus on commercial transactions.
• Advise internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal issues, such as M&A transactional matters, commercial contracts and transactions, finance, regulatory compliance and dispute mitigation and resolution issues.
• Willingness to travel on occasion.

What You've Accomplished:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school required.
• Admission to Massachusetts bar.
• 3 to 7 years of legal experience practicing in a broad range of activities, mergers and acquisitions experience required.

What Enel North America Offers You:

The pay range for this position is $153,100.00 to $229,600.00 per year.

The base pay actually offered will be based on several factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, work experience, education, and internal equity. At Enel, base pay is one part of your total compensation package. Please see below for additional information on Enel North America rewards.
