Associate General Dentist – 2 Full-Time Openings (Dallas, TX) (Plano, TX)

We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Plano office on January 12, 2026, and we are seeking two talented, driven Full-Time Associate General Dentists to join our growing team in either Dallas or Plano. About Our Practice

  • Opening January 12, 2026 – Plano, TX
  • Established DSO-supported private group practice with a proven track record of success (since 2019)
  • 8 operatories (2 doctor chairs, 3 hygiene chairs, plus 2 additional chairs being outfitted)
  • Flexible scheduling (4–5 days per week)
  • Patient base: ~70% PPO, 30% FFS – No Medicaid or HMO/DMO
  • 60–80 new patients per month
  • Technology: Pan Ceph, Trios (soon to be upgraded to iTero), Digital X-Rays, Dentrix Ascend Practice Management System

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform a full range of dental procedures including crowns, fillings, extractions, root canals, and restorative work
  • Conduct routine and periodontal evaluations
  • Diagnose and treat oral diseases with a patient-focused approach
  • Provide patient education on oral hygiene and treatment options
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with standards of care
  • Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and fellow providers to ensure efficient, quality patient care
  • Adhere to aseptic and infection control protocols for a safe environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of clinical experience required (5+ years strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in comprehensive general dentistry and patient education
  • Additional focus in endodontics, oral surgery, or periodontics preferred
  • Invisalign experience highly desirable
  • GPR or AEGD completion a plus
  • Team-oriented with a strong desire to collaborate with colleagues
