Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Duties

  • Perform a wide range of dental treatments including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery procedures.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments by reviewing medical and dental histories, taking medical imaging, and evaluating oral health status.
  • Utilize advanced dental technology and tools such as digital X-rays, dental fabrication equipment, and infection control protocols to deliver high-quality care.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records for each patient.
  • Apply aseptic techniques and infection control procedures to prevent cross-contamination during all clinical activities.
  • Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies tailored to their needs.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and related specialties by participating in ongoing professional development.
  • Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment that complies with OSHA standards and infection control guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients about treatment plans, procedures, and post-treatment care to ensure understanding and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist.
  • Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office setting; familiarity with dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical records management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in general dentistry procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
  • Experience with pediatric dentistry techniques is a plus; ability to handle pediatric patients with patience and care.
  • Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs thoroughly and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, team members, and referring providers.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $4,000.00 per day
