Associate General Dentist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry and have a passion for providing exceptional patient care. This role involves working closely with patients, performing various dental procedures, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Perform a range of dental procedures, including dental extractions, restorations, and preventive care.
• Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose and treat dental conditions effectively.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Implement aseptic techniques to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety during procedures.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
• Stay updated on advancements in general dentistry practices.
• Production based compensation

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years experience in a dental office practicing dentistry.
• Valid Massachusetts dental license to practice dentistry.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and dental procedures.
• Experience with Denticon software is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $350,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
