Associate General Dentist

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced General Dentist Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent chairside manner, and solid experience performing molar root canals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures
• Confidently perform molar root canals and other endodontic treatments
• Deliver exceptional patient care with an emphasis on comfort, communication, and long-term oral health
• Collaborate with our dental team to ensure high-quality and efficient patient experiences

Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• Active NJ dental license in good standing
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience required
• Strong endodontic skills (including molar root canals) required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule:

• Monday: 9am-7pm
• Tuesday: 8am-4pm
• Wednesday: 9am-7pm
• Thursday: 8am-6pm
• Fridays: 8am-2pm (every other in our Metuchen office)
• Saturday : 9am-4pm (one per month September-April)

Compensation:
Competitive compensation based on experience and production. Details to be discussed during the interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 38 per week
