About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative
Associate – Graphic Designer
to join our Creative & Design team at BrandStory Digital. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, experience working on digital and brand design projects, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual communication. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the capability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Execution

Create high-quality designs for digital, print, social media, branding, and marketing collateral.

Understand design briefs and convert them into visually appealing concepts.

Work on layouts, typography, color palettes, and brand elements to ensure consistent visual identity.

Design creatives for websites, ads, landing pages, presentations, and digital campaigns.

Support UI/UX design tasks as needed (wireframes, UI screens, design elements).
Collaboration & Project Support

Work closely with senior designers, content writers, and marketing teams to deliver integrated creative solutions.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, creative ideas.

Assist in preparing client presentations and explaining design decisions clearly.
Quality & Standards

Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, design standards, and project requirements.

Follow best practices in design systems, visual hierarchy, and user-focused design.

Maintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all assets.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, branding, and creative assets.

Proficiency in design tools such as
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Figma
.

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, color, and typography.

Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience
in graphic design, preferably in a digital agency or creative environment.

Experience working on branding, digital creatives, and marketing assets.
