Associate HR Partner-Manufacturing

Join our HR Team as Associate HR Partner for our Manufacturing and Supply chain functions.

THE ROLE:

• Oversee Talent Acquisition for our footwear manufacturing functions, ensuring strong talent pipelines, proactive hiring planning of critical roles, and alignment with business needs.

• Partner with factory leadership to support workforce planning, performance management, organizational structure, and talent strategy for manufacturing units.

• Support key HR initiatives such as capability development, skill metrics and Training and Development.

THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE ROLE:

• Masters/Bachelors degree in HR with 3+ years of experience in HR (Specifically in manufacturing)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, people dynamics and operational processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
