The Talent Development Partner will be responsible for driving learning initiatives that enable business and talent growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, program management, and strong stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Delivery, Technology Solution Centers, and HR leaders to understand business needs and design learning interventions.

Learning Needs Analysis: Conduct TNIs/TNAs, identify role-based skill gaps, and translate them into clear learning pathways and interventions.

Program Management: End-to-end ownership of learning programs — design, deployment, tracking, and measurement.

Engagement & Communication: Build associate connections through campaigns, floor walks, and continuous feedback to foster a culture of learning. Collect and analyze participant feedback to improve learning interventions.

Data & Insights: Monitor learning participation, analyze data, and share insights through dashboards and reports to drive decision-making.

Ownership & Agility: Manage multiple portfolios simultaneously, demonstrate accountability for outcomes, and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
Requirements:

3 to 6 years of experience in Talent Development, with prior experience in a medium-sized IT organization.

Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple learning initiatives across portfolios.

Strong program management skills with end-to-end ownership of interventions.

Analytical mindset with experience in learning data analysis and reporting.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

High learning agility, adaptability, and demonstrated accountability for results.

Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
