Associate Litigation Attorney

RMP LLP is seeking a full-time associate litigation attorney with a strong work ethic to join our team. The candidate must be comfortable in a high-volume practice and be willing to live in Little Rock, Arkansas or Northwest Arkansas.

Responsibilities:

• Representing defendants in court
• Identifying instances and/or defenses of medical malpractice
• Proving lack of liability or negligence through the use of evidence and testimonies

Education:

• Admission to Arkansas Bar Required
• J.D. Required

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Must be organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Collaborative, self-motivated and highly professional.
• Ability to work with diverse personalities within various levels of the organization.
• 2-4 years of experience desired but not required.
