JOB TITLE

Associate Manager - People & Organization | MAF Retail | Head Office Egypt

Role Summary

The Associate Manager - Human Capital is responsible for assisting with business strategy pertaining to recruitment, talent management and staff development. The role holder is also responsible for assisting in standardizing and implementing Human Capital policies and procedures within the country.

ROLE PROFILE

• Stay updated about relevant HC Standard Management system (policies, procedures and forms).
• Work towards aligning procedures and forms required locally (e.g. legal requirements).
• Assist in sourcing contracts for procurement of staff services.
• Monitor the proper documentation after implementation for audit purposes.
• Source and interact with recruitment vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Support initiatives to ensure the constant availability of the required competent staff to support the organization in meeting all its responsibilities, plans and objectives.
• Organize employee engagement events and team building activities.
• Prepare the content to be published in the quarterly newsletter.
• Implement training and performance management systems initiated by the Corporate Head Office.
• Support with the implementation of all relevant HC projects and procedures initiated by the Corporate Head Office.
• Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or HR.
• 2-3 years in HC administration and recruitment
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.
