Associate Master planner

Experience: 15–20+ years, with extensive UAE/Abu Dhabi exposure across major CMPs and DMPs, framework plans, and large-scale community developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead master planning strategy and oversee full project delivery from visioning to DMP.
• Manage multidisciplinary inputs (mobility, infra, sustainability, public realm. etc.).
• Guide client engagement, authorities coordination (DMT, ADM, ADAFSA, ITC, UPC legacy).
• Mentor the wider planning team and review all outputs for compliance with client's requirements and Abu Dhabi regulations.
• Drive quality, risk management, and ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines.
• Support business development and proposal preparation for major master planning opportunities.
