About the Role
At HighLevel, our people are our greatest strength — and as we grow rapidly, we’re looking for an Associate People Business Partner to join our team.
This role is an incredible opportunity for someone early in their People Partner career who wants to develop deep business acumen by working closely with an experienced PBP team and directly supporting GTM business teams. You will act as a trusted partner to assigned GTM teams, enabling managers and employees through people insights, development programs, and cultural initiatives as well as supporting the GTM People Partnering team in broader initiatives and projects that drive engagement, performance, and growth
You will contribute to the design and execution of broader people initiatives, building alignment and impact across teams and functions.
In this role, you will be a trusted partner who embodies our values, champions our culture, and helps create an environment where HighLevelers can do the best work of their careers.

Collaborate with PBPs and GTM leaders to translate business priorities into actionable people initiatives.

Provide day-to-day support for managers and early-career employees across assigned GTM teams, helping to strengthen engagement and team effectiveness.

Identify people insights and opportunities to enhance employee experience, development, and performance.

Champion HighLevel’s culture and values within GTM teams through ongoing engagement and communication efforts.

Partner with PBPs to coordinate listening mechanisms (e.g., surveys, feedback sessions) and support follow-up action planning.

Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of key people programs such as performance enablement, talent reviews, engagement activities, and recognition programs.

Partner with the GTM PBP team to execute people projects and ensure alignment across functions.

Create reporting and dashboards to track participation, measure outcomes, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Help streamline delivery of people initiatives through effective coordination, tracking, and follow-up.

Maintain data accuracy and generate insights that support GTM leaders and PBPs in decision-making.

2–4 years of HR/People Partner or HR Generalist experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Strong foundation in HR practices and Indian employment laws.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and generate insights; proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel required.

A team player with a growth mindset and a passion for learning from senior PBPs and business leaders.
