We are seeking skilled Offshore UI Software Developers to collaborate with our local development team on enterprise-level applications. This role involves designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting software solutions while ensuring seamless communication and alignment with U.S.-based stakeholders. Candidates should have strong technical expertise, experience with modern development practices, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The primary focus will be on UI/UX development, but backend collaboration will also be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement software using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET APIs, C#, and SQL Server, along with modern frameworks and tools.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-engineered code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on code management, release processes, and documentation.
  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, escalating as needed and providing timely updates to the local team.
  • Maintain proactive communication with U.S.-based teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines.
  • Stay current with evolving technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and scalability.
  • Develop technical documentation, including design documents and release procedures.
  • Support monitoring and maintenance of applications to ensure uptime and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development (8+ preferred), ideally in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET APIs and SQL Server.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., TFS, Azure DevOps, Jira).
  • Familiarity with code management systems and build tools (Visual Studio and/or VS Code).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for effective remote collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with remote work practices, including proactive reporting and time zone coordination.
