About Roadcast

Roadcast is a leading logistics and supply-chain technology company transforming how enterprises manage fleets, deliveries, and field operations.

Our platform powers real-time tracking, route optimization, and automation for businesses across industries — helping them achieve transparency, efficiency, and scalability in logistics.

We're now entering our next growth phase, rebuilding our core systems into a modern, microservices-based platform (Bolt v2) powered by Golang, AI-driven analytics, and intuitive user experiences.

We're expanding our engineering team to match this vision — with a focus on speed, reliability, and innovation at scale.

The Role

We're looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to work closely with the Technical Product Manager and help drive execution within the Bolt v1 Pod — a critical stream focused on legacy platform migration, service stability, and white-labelled customer offerings.

You'll coordinate across engineering, QA, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery, clear communication, and ongoing product improvements.

This is a hands-on execution role — perfect for someone early in their product career who enjoys solving operational challenges, bringing clarity to complexity, and learning how great product teams run at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the Technical Product Manager to ensure timely execution across the Bolt v1 pod.
  • 2. Coordinate with engineering and QA teams on the migration of legacy Bolt v1 systems to the new tech stack
  • 3. Manage customer and service requests, triaging them with product and tech leads for prioritization
  • 4. Support planning and progress tracking for Synco, Roadcast's white-labelled mobile offering
  • 5. Maintain clear documentation for releases, requirements, and support issues
  • 6. Track delivery progress, identify blockers, and proactively follow up with relevant teams
  • 7. Communicate updates and dependencies to the Technical Product Manager and leadership
  • 8. Collaborate with customer-facing teams to capture feedback and translate it into actionable requirements
  • 9. Assist with QA coordination and release notes for product updates
  • 10. Contribute to process improvements in reporting, sprint planning, and customer response workflows

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or software delivery (SaaS or tech startups preferred)

Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and agile processes

Basic technical familiarity with web and mobile applications — understanding APIs, user flows, and release cycles

Excellent organizational skills — able to manage multiple tasks and communicate clearly

Proactive problem-solver with strong follow-through and accountability

Comfortable working closely with developers, QA engineers, and support teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline

You'll Thrive Here If You

Enjoy being at the center of action — connecting dots across teams and making sure nothing slips through the cracks

Are naturally curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from experienced product and engineering leaders

Want to grow into a full-fledged Product Manager role through hands-on exposure and mentorship

Find satisfaction in improving systems, processes, and communication

Why Join Roadcast

Work closely with the Technical Product Manager and gain exposure to all areas of product delivery

Play a key role in stabilizing and modernizing one of Roadcast's most critical legacy systems

Learn from an experienced, fast-moving team shaping the future of logistics technology

Competitive compensation, supportive leadership, and opportunities for rapid growth
