As an Associate Product Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience while using our SaaS-based application. You will work closely with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions to any challenges they may encounter. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who possesses a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional support to customers via various channels (email, chat, phone) regarding product-related inquiries, issues, and requests.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose software-related issues reported by customers, guiding them through resolution steps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development and QA teams to address complex technical issues and ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Document and track customer interactions, issues, and solutions in our support ticketing system.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of product support processes and procedures.
  • Escalate critical or unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for product improvements based on customer feedback and pain points.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong passion for technology and willingness to learn about our SaaS-based application's functionalities and technical aspects.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL and the ability to write and execute SQL queries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and logically.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • Previous customer service experience or internships in a technical support role is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
