Associate Professor – Machine Learning & Deep Learning

Chanakya Academy is inviting applications for the position of Associate Professor – Machine Learning & Deep Learning to lead advanced AI education and research within our Artificial Intelligence Department. We are looking for an experienced academician with strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and a passion for mentoring the next generation of AI professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach advanced-level courses in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and AI.
• Design curriculum, lesson plans, and project frameworks aligned with industry trends.
• Mentor students in research, publications, and innovative AI projects.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and hands-on labs on cutting-edge ML/DL techniques.
• Supervise dissertations, capstone projects, and student research groups.
• Collaborate with the department to strengthen academic and research initiatives.
• Publish scholarly work, participate in conferences, and contribute to academic growth.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or related areas.
• Proven teaching experience at UG/PG levels in ML/DL or related fields.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Machine Learning algorithms
• Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
• Neural network architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.)
• Research publications in reputable journals or conferences.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Experience guiding student research and supervising projects.
• Ability to simplify highly technical topics for diverse learners.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Commitment to academic excellence and continuous learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
