Summary

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support project teams in planning, execution, and tracking. The role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project flow.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of tasks.
  • Maintain project documents such as BRD, status reports, timelines, and meeting minutes.
  • Track project progress and update dashboards or reports regularly.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Support project managers in risk management, communication, and issue resolution.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Help monitor project deliverables and timelines.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts (Agile, Scrum, documentation, etc.).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Trello is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
