Summary
We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support project teams in planning, execution, and tracking. The role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project flow.
Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of tasks.
- Maintain project documents such as BRD, status reports, timelines, and meeting minutes.
- Track project progress and update dashboards or reports regularly.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Support project managers in risk management, communication, and issue resolution.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Follow up on action items and ensure alignment across teams.
- Help monitor project deliverables and timelines.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts (Agile, Scrum, documentation, etc.).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Trello is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
