We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of software and digital projects across multiple teams at NKU Technologies. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to coordinate between clients, developers, QA, design, and management to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking ongoing projects.
- Coordinate daily tasks between development, design, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, briefs, and status reports.
- Communicate project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays or blockers, and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure project tasks align with timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Manage resource allocation and maintain project trackers.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and support in defining clear deliverables.
- Conduct follow-ups with team leads to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Support risk analysis and propose process improvements for smoother project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and basic project management concepts.
- Good grip on project planning, requirement analysis, and task breakdown.
- Experience using project management tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and handle deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as CSM, PMI-CAPM, or Agile fundamentals.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in IT services
