Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Associate Project Manager
to join our dynamic team in the
FinTech industry
. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a
technology-driven company
and will be responsible for supporting executing, and monitoring projects to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Assist in defining project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management.

Identify potential risks and help develop mitigation plans.

Ensure proper documentation and communication across all stakeholders.

Collaborate with different departments to improve project workflow and efficiency.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Associate Project Manager or Business Analyst, specifically in a tech company or technology-driven environment.

Hands-on experience with MS Projects or similar project management tools.

Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in using AI tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to analyze project data, monitor progress, and prepare reports.

A team player with strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Fluent in English.
