Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Manager to oversee daily operations within our retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of store management, sales, and customer service. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. The Associate Manager will support the company's strategic goals through effective team management, operational oversight, and implementing best practices in retail management. Must have transportation to go from property to property.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing company strategies to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise daily properties operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS transactions.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
  • Manage employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and onboarding new staff members.
  • Handle payroll processing
  • Coordinate purchasing activities and manage vendor relationships to optimize inventory levels.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to promote services and increase sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and upper management regarding company's performance and operational issues.

Skills

  • Strong leadership with supervisory experience in retail or similar environments.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in employee training & development, staffing, and team management.
  • Experience with merchandising, pricing strategies, sales management, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with excellent organizational skills.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a must( Spanish and English) for serving diverse customer bases.
  • Competence in administrative functions such as payroll processing.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of wireless sales is advantageous but not required. This Associate Manager role offers an opportunity to lead a vibrant team while contributing to the overall success of the store through strategic planning and operational excellence. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
