The Provost
Purpose:
The job holder leads the strategic development and operational oversight of student recruitment, admissions, enrollment, financial support, and international programs. This role aligns enrollment goals with the University's mission and strategic priorities while ensuring an integrated, student-centered approach.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategic Management:

Provide strategic oversight of student-facing offices to ensure cohesive, responsive, and technology-enabled services that support the full student journey, while promoting diversity, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across enrollment functions

Lead financial planning, staffing, workflow management, and technology deployment to support institutional goals, and develop data-informed strategies for recruitment, financial aid, and student success in collaboration with internal units

Coordinate with senior leadership to set and monitor measurable goals for academic excellence, diversity, and retention, guide staff development, and foster a culture of innovation, shared accountability, and inclusive engagement with stakeholders

Represent the University in national and international forums, contribute to institutional marketing efforts, participate in the Provost’s Council, and perform additional duties as assigned
Recruitment, Admissions and Enrollment:

Lead the development and execution of enrollment, marketing, and retention strategies in full alignment with the University strategies, while articulating a clear enrollment vision and coordinating with marketing and communications department to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement

Monitor enrollment performance, analyze data, and apply innovative, data-informed approaches to meet enrollment targets, grow international enrollment, and achieve financial objectives in coordination with the finance office

Collaborate across academic and administrative units to communicate institutional value, support recruitment efforts, and promote cross-functional coordination for long-term enrollment success
Student Financial Support:

Design and manage student financial support programs that support enrollment from recruitment through graduation, aligned with institutional priorities

Collaborate with development and alumni relations department to sustain and grow scholarship initiatives through targeted fundraising efforts
International Programs and Services

Strategically lead efforts to increase international student enrollment

Foster a robust, user-friendly service culture that supports the needs and success of international students
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirements:
Earned a doctoral degree in business administration, management, education, or a related field
Experience:
At least eight to ten years of progressive experience in enrollment management; including managing budgets, staff supervision and development, and strategic planning

Experienced in building and maintaining relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders, with a strong commitment to global education and solid international experience

Effective in leading diverse teams, managing operations, and fostering inclusive and collaborative environments that value cultural diversity and teamwork
Strategic Communication and Decision-Making:
