Associate QA Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in developing and executing test scripts for both manual and automated testing using tools like Selenium.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the design of effective test strategies.

● Perform testing at various stages of the software development lifecycle to identify and document defects.

● Support load testing efforts and assist in analyzing performance data to ensure applications meet required benchmarks.

● Participate in the maintenance and improvement of test automation frameworks.

● Ensure that all testing processes comply with relevant healthcare standards and regulations.

● Work alongside senior QA engineers to learn best practices in testing and quality assurance.

● Assist in integrating testing activities into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

● IT/EC/CE Graduate (B.E. / B.Tech /MCA / M.E. / Msc.IT) or similar certifications

● At least 1-2 yrs of experience in manual and automation testing

Skills:

● Good Understanding of Manual testing and automation tools, particularly Selenium.

● Should have experience in load testing and performance analysis.

● Familiarity with the healthcare domain and related regulations is a plus.

● Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.

● Understanding of software testing methodologies and tools (Pref. JMeter).

● Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

● Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Other Requirements (Good to Have):

● Experience in healthcare domain

● Experience in Agile / Scrum development environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per year
