To support our continuous growth, we are looking for an Associate Salesforce Architect to join an amazing team of like-minded professionals and help our customers to transform the way they work and improve business performance.

• Assist Salesforce Architects in multi-cloud design and documentation
• Develop functional and technical specifications
• Perform configuration and code reviews
• Collaborate with developers, QA, admins across lifecycle
• Manage release notes, configuration logs, deployment checklists
• Support governance and change management
• Analyze system issues and recommend improvements

• Sales, Service, Experience Cloud
• Flows, Apex, Integration patterns
• Data modeling, security, automation
• DevOps Center, deployment pipelines

• Salesforce Application Architect (or in progress)
• Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Administrator

• Documentation and analytical skills
• Collaborative attitude, desire to learn
• Balance detail-oriented work with big-picture understanding
