Responsibilities:
Own and manage product data management and site QA for owned categories
Directly manage the pass off of new product builds between the Site Merch team and third party support team
Drive merchandising strategy across owned category pages; audit category pages regularly to ensure optimal product placement and categorization, with a focus on elevating priority products
Build a strong sense of product assortment performance by analyzing weekly and monthly sales performance to identify trends and recommend actionable updates to product placements and site layout
Collaborate with the buying, content, and marketing teams to support storytelling opportunities and broader business initiatives with key teams
Identify, lead and execute opportunities for process improvements
Partner with SEO and digital marketing to maintain optimized, relevant landing pages and navigation
Plan proactively for upcoming campaigns to align with brand strategies and ensure site readiness
Continuously improve product detail pages (PDPs) and landing pages, maximizing available creative and content assets
Conduct competitor and industry research to stay ahead of e-commerce trends and suggest innovative features or enhancements
Take full ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrate initiative, and embrace opportunities to lead and support team-wide efforts
Embrace special projects and take the initiative beyond what may be initially asked of

Requirements:
3+ years of e-commerce and merchandising experience with 1 minimum 1 year of category ownership
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to follow-through
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience in E-commerce backend systems (Shopify) a plus
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (primarily Excel) required; Basic HTML/CSS a significant plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passion for the furniture and home decor industry
