Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for an Associate Software Engineer (MERN). The Associate Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing efficient code, debugging programs, testing software, and ensuring optimal performance. The role may also involve supporting the deployment and integration of applications into client environments.

Qualifications

• A strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Experience in Back-End Web Development and building robust and scalable server-side systems.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming with knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js).
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and related best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Understanding of Agile development practices is a plus.
