Job Description:

• Develop and execute test scripts for requirement validation, regression, performance, security, and compliance testing.
• Perform validation, visual, API level, and integration level testing.
• Develop and execute automated tests; require programming in JavaScript. (OR any scripting language will be a plus point).
• Participate in Sprint planning for assigned projects/releases.
• Responsible for determining and driving the goals of the company.
• Comprehend product requirements, priorities and create test plans to identify deliverables.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Knowledge of software testing fundamentals and methodologies.
• Familiarity with coding in at least one programming language (e.g. JavaScript, C#, etc.).
• Ability to think logically and critically analyze complex systems.
• Understanding of basic algorithms and data structures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business acumen, can translate objectives into impactful solutions, and is proficient in leveraging AI tools—including mandatory use of platforms like ChatGPT—to enhance efficiency. An ownership mindset and the ability to drive outcomes with minimal task-level direction are essential.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong experience with test frameworks is essential for this role.
• Streaming protocols include RTMP, RTSP, HLS.
• Streaming servers/technologies such as Wowza, flash, windows media server, FFmpeg server, Azure media services, encoders/transcoders cloud or local
• Working experience or knowledge of computer vision technologies such as Azure Media Service, AWS, etc.
• QA or Test Automation Certifications

Required Qualification:

• BS/BSc or MS/MSc in Computer Science.
• 0 - 2 years experience with demonstrated proactivity & ownership.
• QA or Test Automation Certifications.
