Associate SQA Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Associate SQA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by performing manual testing, documenting defects, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Execute test cases, identify defects, and report them clearly using defect tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and reproduce issues.
• Assist in creating and updating test scenarios and test cases.
• Participate in sprint meetings, stand-ups, and defect triage sessions.
• Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of testing activities.
• Follow QA processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Manual Testing.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and learn new tools quickly.
• Understanding of test case writing and defect lifecycle.

Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore

Timing: 10:00Am to 07:00Pm (Mon-Fri)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
