Associate Teacher

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities for children
- Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to create a safe and nurturing classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to children with special education needs
- Implement classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior
- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of classroom materials and resources

Skills:
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with parents/guardians, colleagues, and other professionals
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
- Proficiency in math concepts to support children's learning in numeracy skills
- Understanding of child welfare and the ability to ensure the safety and well-being of each child
- Familiarity with physical education activities suitable for young children

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Teacher who is passionate about educating young children. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, including those with special education needs. As an Associate Teacher, you will work closely with the lead teacher to create a positive learning environment that promotes each child's development.
