Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Associate Trade Activation Manager to join our
team in Dubai office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and brand visibility
through the strategic planning and execution of trade activation initiatives. By collaborating closely
with sales, marketing, and trade partners, you will develop and implement innovative strategies to
enhance brand presence, drive product trials, and ultimately increase sales performance.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute trade activation plans to drive brand awareness, product trials, and
sales growth in alignment with company objectives.
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify key market opportunities and
develop targeted activation strategies for different trade channels and customer segments.
· Plan and coordinate promotional activities, events, and campaigns to engage trade partners
and drive product visibility and adoption.
· Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify
opportunities for trade activation and inform decision-making.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade activation initiatives through key
performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, retailers, and key stakeholders
to maximize collaboration and support for trade activation initiatives.
· Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to management on trade activation
performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
· Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative activation
techniques to continuously enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of trade activation
efforts.
PREREQUSITE PROFILE
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree
preferred.
· Proven experience in trade marketing, sales activation, or related roles, preferably in the
pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry.
· Strong understanding of trade channels, retail operations, and customer behaviour.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.
· Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with
internal and external stakeholders.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven
recommendations.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
