What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a full-cycle or technical recruiting role, exceptions can be made in the case of exceptionally smart candidates
Experience in active candidate sourcing and management
Experience in end to end recruitment
Agency hiring or product company/startup hiring is ideal
Proficiency in networking and building talent communities
Solid understanding of recruiting metrics and acquisition practices and methods
Good to have:
Experience in creative sourcing from various sources
Experience in working on TA data
Behavioural Competencies:
Strong communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Speed and ownership is a non negotiable!
