Role Overview
The role demands someone who can run the clinic operations smoothly, ensure strong patient experience, manage the team, and drive monthly revenue targets. Skin & hair clinic experience is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate understands sales, operations, and customer handling well.
Key Responsibilities1. Clinic Operations
- Oversee daily functioning of the clinic – patient flow, appointment scheduling, hygiene standards, inventory checks.
- Ensure all treatments are delivered following clinic protocols and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front desk for smooth workflow.
- Maintain equipment readiness and raise service/repair requests when needed.
2. Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly revenue and treatment sales targets across Hair, Skin & Slimming verticals.
- Guide front desk and counsellors on lead conversion, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Monitor enquiries from calls, walk-ins, social media, and follow-up pipelines.
- Ensure accurate billing and maintain daily MIS reports.
3. Team Management
- Supervise front desk, technicians, therapists, and support staff.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to review performance and close operational gaps.
- Train team on service standards, grooming, communication, and treatment knowledge.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, roster planning, and conflict resolution.
4. Customer Experience & Retention
- Ensure every patient receives a premium, professional, and transparent experience.
- Handle escalations and provide solutions promptly.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain clinic’s reputation through Google reviews, feedback collection, and consistent service quality.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to brand SOPs, hygiene protocols, safety standards, and documentation processes.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to regional/corporate team.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–5+ years of experience in clinic management, retail, hospitality, wellness, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sales targets and high-pressure situations.
- Good understanding of operational management, customer handling, and staff supervision.
- Comfortable working on weekends (weekly off on weekdays).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of dermatology / hair treatments (PRP, GFC, Laser, HydraFacial, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Experience with CRM tools, billing software, or clinic management systems.
- Ability to manage both patient experience and business KPIs effectively.
