*Job Profile: Assistant Dispatch Manager**
**Role Summary:**
The Assistant Dispatch Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely dispatch of our products. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in dispatch operations within the handtool manufacturing sector and will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing documentation, and ensuring adherence to packaging standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to maintain seamless dispatch operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Dispatch Planning and Coordination:**
- Assist in developing and implementing dispatch plans to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams to align dispatch schedules with production outputs.
2. **Logistics Coordination:**
- Manage logistics operations, including route planning and carrier selection, to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Liaise with transport providers to ensure cost-effective and timely shipment of goods.
3. **Documentation and Compliance:**
- Oversee the preparation and management of dispatch documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Ensure all shipments comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
4. **Packaging and Inventory Management:**
- Ensure adherence to packaging standards to protect products during transit.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels for dispatch.
5. **Shipment Tracking and Reporting:**
- Implement and manage shipment tracking systems to monitor the status of deliveries.
- Prepare and present regular reports on dispatch performance and identify areas for improvement.
6. **Communication and Collaboration:**
- Maintain open communication channels with production, warehouse, and transport teams to address any issues promptly.
- Support the Dispatch Manager in resolving operational challenges and improving dispatch processes.
**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in dispatch operations within a handtool manufacturing company.
- **Skills:**
- Strong knowledge of dispatch procedures and logistics coordination.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
- Proficient in inventory management and shipment tracking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
