Asst Facility manager

• Conducting the routine safety inspection and updating the daily tracker

• Cafeteria maintenance, vendor coordination, PO releasing invoice process

• Electricity, Diesel generator, UPS, HVAC and critical equipment maintenance

• MEP handling, inventory maintenance, tracker and compliance documents maintenance.

• Clearing the client escalation, water, energy, cost saving activities initiation,

• Conducting the R&R, ensure the warehouse cleaning and deep cleaning activities

• Integrating technology relevant to the company needs

• PPM activities, AMC activities, panel maintenance, billing LL coordination

• Facility and infratructure maintanance

• Handling and shift scheduling for F&I team

• 5s implementation and maintenance

• Service level agreements maintaince as per standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
