Job Description:

We are seeking a freshly graduate, highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Financial Research Analyst. In this role, you will support the Financial Research Team in analyzing futures market trends. You will be responsible in collecting and organizing financial data from various sources such as economic reports detailed quantitative & qualitative analysis and updating yourself with important current affairs which may create volatility in financial markets.

Responsibilities:

· Conduction of Morning Brief and Afternoon Briefs on office floors for Sales and Marketing staff

· Preparation of Daily Research Report to help predict future performance of products

· Preparation of Market Commentaries to assist Sales and Marketing staff’s sales performance

· Conducting Fundamental & Technical Research to understand trends and developments that could affect market prices

· Conduct Training Session related to market introduction to newly hired Sales and Marketing staff

· Conducting Training Session in branch offices (Faisalabad, Sargodha) related to market introduction to newly hired Sales and Marketing staff

· Assist traders in trade queries with other Research Department employees after office hours from (6pm-1:30am) on slot basis

· Write article related to market developments for H.G Markets official website (1 article per week)

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, or a related field. A-Levels with Economics is Preferred

· Having knowledge of Macro Economic factors

· ACCA partial qualified persons having cleared Applied Knowledge - 3 exams. Applied Skills – 6 exams & left with Strategic Professional (Essentials and Options) – 2 Essentials exams and 2 Options exams are also eligible.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Public Speaking Ability.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point & Microsoft Excel.

· Proficiency over written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

· Prior experience in Financial Research or Analysis preferred but not required.

· Fresh graduate
