Position:

Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance

Qualification:

• M.Com / CA Intermediate (Preferred)
• Strong academic foundation in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, and related areas

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Accounting & Finance
• Experience in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services sector will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities
• Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes
• Support management with financial analyses and decision-making
• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Supervise junior accounting staff and provide necessary guidance

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Additional Preferences:
• CA Intermediate candidates are highly preferred
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
