- Position: Asst Manager HR (On-site, MIDC , Satara)

- Focus: 80% Recruitment, 20% Generalist

- Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, on boarding, Off boarding, and candidate management.

- Handle employee relations, HR policies, and administrative tasks.

- Requirements:

- Experience in recruitment and HR operations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Graduate degree preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
