Job Purpose
The Training Coordinator is responsible for identifying training needs, coordinating learning programs, and managing onboarding content to enhance employee integration, skills, and performance, while supporting HR and departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with department heads, PMS Specialists, and HR to identify skill gaps.
- Develop annual and quarterly training plans aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external training vendors to design and schedule programs.
- Manage training logistics, calendars, invitations, and participation tracking.
- Develop, update, and maintain onboarding materials and training manuals aligned with company policies.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions and other employee training programs.
- Capture training attendance, feedback, and post-training assessments to measure effectiveness.
- Analyze training outcomes and recommend improvements to optimize ROI.
- Maintain records of training sessions, consultants, budgets, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare periodic training reports for management review.
- Support employee development initiatives and HR projects as assigned.
Role Requirements
Knowledge
- Understanding of Training Needs Analysis, adult learning principles, and onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with LMS tools, e-learning platforms, and HR processes.
- Knowledge of program design, facilitation, and training evaluation techniques.
Skills
- Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to develop and maintain training content and manuals.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace for scheduling, reporting, and data tracking.
- Analytical skills to monitor training effectiveness and KPI reporting.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
