Job Title: Assistant Manager – Marketing (F&B)

Department: Marketing
Location: Mumbai - Goregoan
Reports To: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager – Marketing (F&B) is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive footfall, and increase revenue across restaurants and F&B outlets. This role involves managing ATL/BTL campaigns, digital promotions, brand partnerships, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand & Marketing Strategy:

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing plans for F&B brands and outlets.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Plan and execute promotional activities, festive campaigns, and product launches.
  • Coordinate ATL (print, radio, outdoor) and BTL (in-store, events, activations) activities.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies for content, design, and production.

3. Digital Marketing:

  • Manage social media presence, online campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
  • Track performance metrics for digital campaigns (reach, engagement, conversion).
  • Coordinate with digital teams for SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online ads.

4. PR & Partnerships:

  • Liaise with media houses, influencers, and PR agencies for brand visibility.
  • Build strategic alliances with corporates, malls, and event partners.

5. Market Research & Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance and ROI.

6. Internal Coordination:

  • Work closely with operations, culinary, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Support local outlet-level marketing requirements and branding needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in F&B, Hospitality, or Retail marketing.
  • Strong understanding of ATL/BTL, digital marketing, and brand communication.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, social media tools, and basic design coordination.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
