Primary Job Responsibilities
1. Lead team of Purchase to ensure smooth functioning of department.
2. Monitoring process of new components enquiries from customers and submitting CWS to planning dept.
3. RMC submission against Pump enquiries includes costing of B/O parts such as Motors, Couplings, Temp. and Pressure Transmitters
4. Study of technical specifications received from Pump customer and arranging compliance from suppliers.
5. Maintaining standard price list of B/O parts of Pump enquiries
6. Monitoring process of receipt of PR till receipt of material at our factory.
7. Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of material whenever required.
8. Time to time supplier visit.
9. Supplier assessment audit in co-ordination with QA team
10. Co-ordination with Planning and QA regarding delivery and quality issues of Raw material
11. Timely submission of MIS to management
12. Development of new components and new suppliers
13. Monitoring Purchase process of consumables and other material.
14. Monitoring tooling trials of consumable material
15. Ensuring cost saving in all RM other than castings.
16. Monitoring RM prices in the market.
17. Ensuring all Purchase activities in line with ISO requirements
18. Facing internal and external ISO audits
Secondary Job Responsibilities
1. Co-ordination with all users for smooth functioning of EDS system.
2. Solutions of the problems faced by users as and when required
3. Ensuring that system is being followed correctly and no deviation are entertained.
4. Submitting Inventory through EDS to finance dept.
5. Resolution of query by finance dept regarding inventory
6. Support for Implementation of Q1
7. Releasing SO and PO in Q1
8. Co-ordination with KUB Sales, Planning and Design team for BOM, GAD and other technical requirements.
9. Support for releasing Work plan and Production booking in Q1
10. Releasing invoice in Q1.
11. Co-ordination with KUB IT team for IT related issues.
12. Helping IT dept. for technical and commercial matters whenever required
