We are hiring an Assistant Purchase Manager for our Home Appliances division. The ideal candidate will support the procurement process, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the timely purchase of quality products at competitive prices. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the home appliances market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers for home appliances.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Analyze market trends and make recommendations for cost-effective purchases.
- Collaborate with the Purchase Manager to develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
- Update internal databases with order details.
Qualifications & Skill Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Consumer electronics - Purchase or Sales, preferably in the home appliances sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
