Job Description:
  • We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social presence across platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building our brand voice online, growing followers, and creating engaging content that attracts, retains, and nurtures our digital audience.
  • This role requires a mix of creativity, strategy, and execution — someone who can turn ideas into impactful posts and campaigns that strengthen our brand visibility in the cybersecurity and IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Develop and implement a strong social media content calendar aligned with brand and marketing goals
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging posts, visuals, and videos that reflect the company’s tone and values
  • Plan and execute campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and web traffic
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates to keep the brand relevant and adaptive
  • Engage actively with followers — respond to comments, messages, and discussions to build a strong community
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement rate, reach, growth, conversions, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to support integrated marketing campaigns
  • Suggest and implement new features or ideas to boost brand visibility and digital engagement
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn B2B marketing and corporate audience engagement
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Proficiency in creating and analysing social media reports and dashboards
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools) and a good eye for aesthetics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinking with creativity and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Background:
  • Experience in IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity marketing
  • Familiarity with paid social campaigns and ad performance metrics
  • Ability to conceptualize thought-leadership campaigns and brand storytelling
