We Are Hiring – ATE PLC Engineer | Bangalore

Experience: 3–5 years (Exclusive Experience)

Qualification: B.E (Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical)

Domain Expertise: Safety System Design, Automated Test Equipment (ATE)

Siemens PLC

Rotary System

Safety PLC

Key Responsibilities

Design & develop safety systems for Automated Test Equipment (ATE)

PLC programming, wiring, and control circuit design

Define safety system architectures for test rigs

Work with PLC safety modules, limit switches, ADC/DAC cards

Signal conditioning & cable harness design

Select PLC controllers and safety modules

Support ATE lifecycle management

Collaborate with Mechanical, Hardware & Software teams

Communicate technical updates clearly (written & verbal)

Basic Qualifications

3–5 years in Safety System Design (Aerospace preferred)

Strong PLC programming knowledge

Experience with electrical schematics (MS Visio / OrCAD)

Hands-on experience with PLC, Motors, Drives, Limit Switches, Door Switches, Oil Carts, etc.

Knowledge of Serial, Ethernet communication

Familiar with version control & MS Office

Excellent communication & presentation skills
