Attorney

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to Personal Injury law. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and the ability to conduct thorough legal research. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to clients on a variety of matters including Personal Injury law, regulations.
• Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to reach favorable settlements.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and during mediation sessions.
• Perform comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developments within the law office.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure effective case management.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of various areas of law including personal injury law, regulations.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• Proficient in legal research methodologies and tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Exceptional writing skills with experience in legal drafting of documents.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for thorough case analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Base Pay: From $200,000.00 per year
