Attorney

Position / Description

• This is a full-time remote position for an experienced Plaintiff's Class Action litigator.
• Must be licensed to practice in CA.
• The attorney will be part of a team and actively engaged in all aspects of litigation, from investigation through to settlement and appeal.

Qualifications

• Experienced in consumer and class action litigation
• Employment class action experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent research skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Active member in good standing of the CA Bar
• Minimum of 5 years litigation experience
• Enjoys complex litigation
• Enjoys working with a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
